**Day 1: Nairobi to Masai Mara**
After you land at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, your friendly driver-guide will be waiting to welcome you. After a short briefing, your safari will begin. Settle into your 4×4 tour minivan and enjoy a scenic drive through the Great Rift Valley, with sweeping views and photo stops along the way.
You will arrive at the Masai Mara National Reserve around lunchtime and check in at the lodge. After lunch and some relaxation, head out at 4:00 p.m. for your first game drive. As the sun sets over the savanna, keep your camera ready, as this is a prime time to spot elephants, lions, giraffes, and perhaps even a leopard.
Return to the lodge in the early evening, enjoy a hearty dinner under the African sky, and fall asleep to the sounds of the wild.
**Day 2: Masai Mara**
Wake up to the call of the wild and enjoy an early breakfast before heading out for a full day of adventure in Kenya’s most iconic reserve. The Masai Mara is world-renowned for its incredible concentration of wildlife. Today is your chance to track the “Big Five” and many other species across the rolling savanna.
Your driver-guide will take you to prime wildlife areas where cheetahs stalk the plains, herds of wildebeest and zebras stretch to the horizon, and hippos wallow in the Mara River. A picnic lunch in the heart of the reserve ensures you won’t miss a moment of the action.
In the early morning, at an additional cost, you may choose an optional hot-air balloon safari for a bird’s-eye view of the Mara or visit a Maasai cultural village to learn about their traditions and way of life.
As the sun sets, return to your lodge for dinner and another magical evening in the wild.
**Day 3: Masai Mara to Lake Nakuru**
After an early breakfast, bid farewell to the Masai Mara and enjoy a scenic drive to Lake Nakuru National Park, located in the heart of the Great Rift Valley. Arrive in time for lunch at your lodge, followed by an afternoon game drive around the lake, which is known for its flamingos, white and black rhinos, and diverse birdlife. Keep an eye out for Rothschild’s giraffes and zebras before returning to your lodge for dinner and your overnight stay
**Day 4: Lake Nakuru to Lake Naivasha**
After breakfast, depart Lake Nakuru National Park and enjoy a short, scenic drive to Lake Naivasha, one of the beautiful freshwater lakes in the Great Rift Valley. Arrive in time for lunch at your lodge. In the afternoon, optionally and at an additional cost, you may embark on a boat ride to explore the lake’s calm waters, home to hippos and abundant birdlife, and visit Crescent Island for a guided walking safari among giraffes, zebras, and antelopes. Return to your lodge for dinner and an evening spent at your leisure.
**Day 5: Lake Naivasha to Nairobi**
After breakfast, enjoy a leisurely morning by the lake or opt for a short nature walk before departing for Nairobi. Travel through the scenic Great Rift Valley, with optional stops for panoramic views and souvenir shopping along the way. Lunch will be at your own cost en route. Arrive in Nairobi by early afternoon, where your safari adventure concludes. You will be dropped off at your hotel or the airport in time for your onward journey, carrying cherished memories of Kenya’s wilderness.
